Membership Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

I spearheaded the end-to-end strategy and execution of comprehensive membership marketing initiatives for the Texas Exes, driving a consistent increase in membership through targeted acquisition and retention efforts. My work spanned the entire lifecycle of the member journey, from identifying and engaging new prospects to reclaiming lapsed segments. A primary highlight of my tenure was the orchestration of the Life Member 100,000 milestone campaign, a high-visibility project that required meticulous stakeholder alignment and a sophisticated multichannel creative strategy to celebrate and scale our most dedicated member base.
